Meet Dr. Barry Oulton
A clinician of over 30 years, Barry spent nearly 25 of them owning and running an award-winning private practice in Surrey. He still treats patients today, which keeps everything he teaches grounded in the reality of the chair, rather than the theory of the lecture hall.

Barry’s curiosity has taken him around the world to learn from the best, with advanced training alongside Kois Spear, the Dawson Academy, and Galip Gurel, and qualifications in NLP, hypnotherapy, and psychology. This baseline of training laid the foundations of The Confident Dentist Academy, supporting the wellbeing of dental professionals.
