The Mastermind is where practice owners stop working in the business and start leading it.
With regular 1-2-1 coaching, in-person visits to your practice, group training calls, and a small circle of trusted fellow owners, it’s the most personal and hands-on way to work with Barry.
The Linchpin principles run all the way through: build trust and your patients say yes, build trust within your team, and your culture transforms, and the growth, freedom, and income follow as the natural result.
You’ll also work with real numbers rather than a gut feel for how the month went. Through DentPulse, the financial intelligence platform Barry co-founded with Shishir Khadka, an ACCA Chartered Accountant, your practice management software talks directly to your accounts, so you can see clearly what your practice is producing, where it’s leaking, and whether the changes you’re making are actually working. Leadership decisions get considerably easier when you can see the effect of them.
The 12 month Mastermind improves all aspects of your practice. Q1 is focussed on communication and the implementation of the Linchpin philosophy. Q2 is the introduction of DentPulse, financial planning, and coaching with Shishir to identify areas of potential growth. Q3 & 4 is the implementation of the financial and growth plans.
